Workforce Renaissance Focused on Managing Diversity Spend and Suppliers
Dearborn, Mich., February 20, 2008 - WorkforceLogic and ASG Renaissance are launching Workforce Renaissance, a minority business enterprise that combines payroll, vendor management and HR consulting services with minority recruiting, retention and supplier diversity services.
"The goal of Workforce Renaissance is to help companies improve the success of their human capital investment through efficiencies, best practices and improving the customer's ability to harness the benefits of increased minority content," said Gary Nelson, WorkforceLogic Chairman and CEO.
Workforce Logic, a provider of workforce management solutions, including managed services, risk mitigation, payroll processing and software, will provide payroll processing, HR consulting, and supply base management services.
"Partnering with ASG Renaissance allows us to increase the resource reach for both multicultural human capital talent attraction and retention and diversification of the supply base to include more minority-owned business participants," said Nelson. "By combining our forces we can present an integrated solution to the marketplace that ensures that clients can achieve their diversity goals by working with a qualified woman- and minority-owned business."
In addition to full payroll services and Vendor Management capabilities, Workforce Renaissance will offer Mosaic Advantage member services.
