ASG Renaissance Celebrates 20th Anniversary

Dearborn, Mich., May 31, 2007 - ASG Renaissance recently celebrated its 20th anniversary. The international professional services firm headquartered in Dearborn provides expertise in Human Capital, Marketing and Transformation Consulting to help clients increase sales, improve efficiency and reduce costs.

ASG Renaissance was founded in 1987 by Lizabeth Ardisana and her partner Greg Rouke as a project engineering service supplier to Ford Motor Company. After the success of their first project, ASG began placing engineers and project managers in long-term contracts at Ford and other companies. Over the years, ASG has continued to expand it service offerings to include Marketing, Technical Consulting and Staffing, Supplier Diversity Development, and HR Outsourcing. Today, ASG Renaissance employs more than 200 people in six offices throughout the United States and Canada, serving small businesses as well as Fortune 500 clients in the automotive, pharmaceutical, construction, education, government and military industries.

"It's hard to believe it has been 20 years since we first embarked on this road," said Lizabeth Ardisana, founder and chief operating officer of ASG Renaissance. ASG Wins Award at the MSXI b2bBuyer Supplier Award Luncheon!

ASG was honored with the #1 Ford Creative Design Agency b2bBuyer 2006 award at Wednesday's luncheon. ASG was given the award for transferring Independent Contractors over to the agency. Along with the trophy, ASG was also given a $2,000 check from MSXI.

Beth Ardisana Named One of Michigan's Top Business Women!

Dearborn, MI - Lizabeth Ardisana, CEO of ASG Renaissance, has been named one of the Top 10 Michigan Business Women by the National Association of Women Business owners (NAWBO) Greater Detroit Chapter.

Ardisana has been recognized with the "Dearborn Rainmaker" award. Criteria for the Rainmaker honor include leadership, mentoring, positive role modeling, the ability to drive dollars into their organization and service expansion.

"Lizabeth has not only grown her business in Michigan, but also in the rest of the world," stated Sherry G. Day, President & Chief Learning Officer with Executive Resources-Human Potential Consultants, L.C. "She represents the potential of women business owners as leaders as well as successful business people."

Ardisana will be honored at the 13th Annual Awards Luncheon, to be held at the Petruzzello's Banquet & Conference Center Thursday, March 15, 2007.

As the co-founder, principal owner and CEO of ASG Renaissance, Ardisana is responsible for the company's strategies, overall direction and financial management. She also directs the company's marketing, supplier development and environmental consulting operations and provides consulting services to clients on several projects.

Additionally, Ardisana is very active in the community. She was elected chairperson of the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2003, becoming the first woman to chair the chamber's 30-member board. She also serves on the Kettering University Board of Trustees, Citizens Bank Board of Directors, Ford Hispanic Supplier Council and the Board of Directors for Focus: HOPE - a civil and human rights organization dedicated to overcoming racism, poverty and injustice.
