ASG RENAISSANCE UNDERGOES TRANSFORMATION WITH NAME CHANGE TO BETTER REFLECT DIVERSITY OF SERVICES

Dearborn, Mich., July 1, 2008 - ASG Renaissance's Transformation Consulting business unit has changed its name to Performance Management to better reflect the depth and breadth of services offered. This name change provides more clarity in the types of services ASG offers under this umbrella.

"ASG goes far beyond what normal consulting firms offer because we are very ‘hands-on' with our clients and get involved on an operational level with the actual implementation of our recommendations," said Lizabeth Ardisana. "Our goal is to provide clients the tools and techniques that will help them transform from a reactive mode to a proactive mode thus hopefully preventing problems from occurring."

ASG's Performance Group is unlike other consultancies, because it has two integrated teams, the Strategic Transformation Group and the Operations Transformation Group. The Strategic Transformation group focuses on revenue generation in the areas of strategy and planning, market development and product innovations, while the Operations Group is focused on efficiency, continuous improvement and cost reduction in the areas of product development, manufacturing and assembly systems and supply chain management.
